The camera itself (as seen above in the banner) is a USB Logitech Express webcam (Walmart $39.00) housed in an Eveready dry cell flashligh case (Walmart $7.50). This homegrown hardware setup is inexpensive and weather proof. The cam is controlled with go1984, a high performance video serveillance software system running on a Gateway 2.5GHz P4 processor. |
